This was the worse check in service experience ever had. I wouldn't have expected much service with Tigerair. Was travelling with family of 12pax (with young kids and elders). The staff at Counter A10 & A09, checking in at 1600 had the worse attitude ever. Strongly advise Tigerair to service train their staff properly, have the right attitude when facing...

DO NOT FLY! Probably the worse flying experience of a lifetime. Was denied boarding, subsequently took my fare. Currently disputing with my bank. Tried to charge me 3x fees of actual ticket price at the gate. Denied calling to HQ by groundstaff or any assistance. Budget or not, fly with better alternatives like Vanilla Air, Air Asia or Scoot. As...

Seats are a bit cramped but cheap and short-term use is fine. Instant noodles can be ordered in the cabin without reservation in advance. It is inconvenient not to accept phone only when changing user.

Welcome to the age of getting on a plane to be treated as if you were on a crowded city bus with ads that came alive. Leg room: forget it. Meals; don't bother it is all terrible but on a short flight if you eat before you leave there's no problem. Airport food has greatly improved in the past decade...

This is a Taiwan low-cost airline. Particularly suitable for flying to Japan or South Korea. Good flight time, but prices for other times are less attractive than promotion periods. Can not take your own food on the plane to eat.

Well, consider this is a budget airline, the seats are so thin but somewhat comfortable compare to others budget airline. Maybe it's because of short flying time.

Much better than expected for LCC standards, just as you'd expect for paying half of the normal price if you'd flown Cathay or China Airlines. The service is terrible, staff are young and ruthless, but as expected again, for the price you pay. Since my trip was last minute and a short haul just a few hours I thought I'd...

Surprisingly comfortable for an LCC. However, no frills plane means no entertainment, no food and no drinks not even water. Small price to pay for reasonable airfare.

I've flown with Air Asia, Vietjet, Jetstar and Tiger Airways and my best experience was with Tiger. From check in to baggage claim there was absolutely no issue. The flight left on time, legroom was fantastic, the plane was clean and legroom was more than I expected. My flight cost around £40 and I can say that Tiger Air would...
