Effective December 01, 2009, Trip Advisor enters in to a partnership with Jet Airways, JetPrivilege, where by JetPrivilege members can earn up to 4000 JPMiles through 2010.

Terms & Conditions:

• The offer is valid only on the www.tripadvisor.in site.
• The ‘Annual Offer’ is only open on hotel reviews submitted during the time periods mentioned in the offer above.
• The offer is subject to your hotel review being published on TripAdvisor. Your review contribution will be subject to regular TripAdvisor Review Submission guidelines (http://www.tripadvisor.in/help/our_guidelines_for_traveler_reviews)
• Members must enter their JetPrivilege membership number while submitting each and every review to earn JPMiles.
• Reviews of other kinds i.e. destination reviews, attraction reviews and restaurant reviews will not be eligible to enter this promotion and qualify to earn JPMiles.
• The offer is optional and members of TripAdvisor can contribute reviews and opinions even without availing of the offer.
• For every 3 to 6 hotel reviews that are submitted & published during a time period of the annual offer(as mentioned above)using one particular JetPrivilege number, TripAdvisor will credit 500 JPMiles in that particular JetPrivilege account.
• For every 7 or more hotel reviews that are submitted & published during a time period of the annual offer(as mentioned above ) using one particular JetPrivilege number, TripAdvisor will credit 1000 JPMiles in that particular JetPrivilege account. Members will earn no more than 1000 JPMiles during each of the annual offer time period
• JPMiles will be credited to members qualifying to earn JPMiles through this promotion, on a monthly basis. Depending on the number of eligible hotel reviews published within a month, TripAdvisor will credit the appropriate number of JPMiles to the particular JetPrivilege account within the subsequent month. Therefore, if a JetPrivilege member is qualifying to earn 500 JPMiles through the promotion by having written between 3 to 6 hotel reviews within one month itself, the JPMiles will be credited in the said account within a month of the end of that particular month during which the reviews were published.
• The Sweepstakes Offer is only open during the time periods of the ‘Annual offer’ mentioned above. JetPrivilege Members who write a total of 10 or more hotel reviews which are published on TripAdvisor as per the TripAdvisor Review Submission Guidelines will be eligible to enter into a lucky draw (as per the terms and conditions of Jet Airways) during each of the Promotion Periods. 5 winners selected through a lucky draw conducted at the end of each the Promotion Periods will be credited with an additional 5000 JPMiles each.
• Winners of the sweepstakes offer will be directly contacted by Jet Airways and will also be published on www.jetairways.com at the end of each of the Promotion Periods of the ‘annual offer’.
• Bonus JPMiles offered under the sweepstakes offer will be awarded subsequently, subject to verification and fulfillment of all Terms and Conditions set under this promotion.
• All prizes are subject to Income Tax as per the Income Tax laws or any other taxes/levies as may be applicable as per the prevailing Indian laws and the same are to be borne by the winner directly. Jet airways will have no liability with respect to the same.
• All entrants and winners waive any and all rights of claim with regards to the contest against Jet Airways (India) Ltd and TripAdvisor will have no liablity.
• TripAdvisor reserves the right to change, amend, extend, withdraw and/or alter any of the terms & conditions and prizes of this offer at anytime without prior notice or giving any reasons.
• Disputes, if any, will be subject to Indian laws and shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
