Terms & Conditions:

• This offer is brought to the customer as a part of joint promotion exercise by Tripadvisor & Cleartrip.
• Under this offer, a member of TripAdvisor will receive a Cleartrip Flight booking voucher worth Rs.250/- for writing 2 hotel reviews on TripAdvisor. Each voucher will have a validity of 45 days from the date it is sent to eligible members.
  
• The vouchers will be sent to eligible members by Cleartrip on the ‘Cleartrip log-in e-mail ID’s submitted at the time of writing the hotel reviews.
  
• The vouchers will be sent by Cleartrip within fifteen business days of the promotion terminating on the tripadvisor.in website
• The member has to submit his/her ‘Cleartrip log-in e-mail ID’ at the time of submitting each hotel review under this promotion. For e.g. if you want a cash refund of Rs.250 against a particular Cleartrip log-in, you will need to enter the same Cleartrip log-in at the time of submitting two hotel reviews.
  
• The offer is valid only on the www.tripadvisor.in site for hotel reviews submitted between 12:00am, Feb 15, 2010, IST and 11:59pm, March 31, 2010 IST
• The offer is subject to your hotel reviews being published on www.tripadvisor.in. Your review contribution will be subject to regular TripAdvisor Review Submission guidelines (http://www.tripadvisor.in/help/our_guidelines_for_traveler_reviews)
  
• A user can publish as many hotel reviews as he/she wants under this promotion and become eligible for multiple flight vouchers of Rs.250 each. However, two or more flight vouchers cannot be combined and used to obtain a discount on a single flight booking on Cleartrip. Also, a flight voucher is for ‘one-time use’ only i.e. one voucher cannot be used against more than one flight booking on Cleartrip.
  
• The offer is optional and members of TripAdvisor can contribute hotel reviews even without availing of the offer.
• Reviews of other kinds i.e. destination reviews, attraction reviews and restaurant reviews will not be eligible to enter this promotion and qualify to earn Cleartrip Flight vouchers
  
• Cleartrip and TripAdvisor reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time at their discretion and without any intimation of any sort.
  
• All flight vouchers granted under this promotion against transactions made on www.cleartrip.com shall be governed by & construed in accordance with the applicable laws in India. All matters with respect to this offer are subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts at Delhi only.
  
• The decision of Trip Advisor and Cleartrip will be final & binding on all participants and is non-contestable.
