Perfect home for a fantastic holiday in Ireland
We had a fantastic weeks stay in Sunhill Cottage - thanks to Bridget and her husband who gave us a warm welcome (and applie pie) after we had to change plans last minute. The house was perfect: spacious, plenty of bathrooms to get all the troops ready quickly in the morning, big garden to enjoy some sunshine and so, so quiet !! Every morning being greeted by the "Reeks" - the mountain range visible from living room, kitchen and/or dining room - it was just stunning and very beautiful to behold. We had dinners mostly at home and the kitchen is well equipped for cooking and preparing full size meals for 6 people and it is so spacious - allowing multiple people to get on with the job. Killorglin town centre is just a 5 min walk down the road and a very nice place with all amenities in easy reach. It is also a great base for daytrips exploring the Ring of Kerry (Skelligs, Dingle, Reeks) or venturing further north (Tralee) etc. Bridget and her husband were very welcoming and were wonderful with assisting with finding additional information on places to go to and last minute offers. We had a fantastic week in Ireland, made very special by Bridget, her husband and Sunhill Cottage. We highly recommend this cottage and are looking forward to coming again (to explore the many things we haven't had a chance yet to see).

What a find!
This home in Killorglin was a great find! It was a perfect location for our party (2 couples) to begin exploring the Ring of Kerry, Dingle Penunsula, Muckross House and Killarney. Bridget met us on arrival and explained appliances and answered all our questions. She even had wonderful scones, jam and tea waiting for us. The washer and dryer were a plus!

Vacation in Kerry
We stayed in Killorglin as it is an excellent central point to see all the great sights in County Kerry. Luckily we found Sunhill Cottage and booked it for 9 days. Sunhill is a spacious, up to date home with all the amenities. Very clean and organized with great views of the Macgillcuddy's Reeks. Bridget gives you personal attention and advice and is a wonderful person. Killorglin is a nice town and has some good spots to eat such as Bunkers and Quinlans. Imperative to drive the Ring of Kerry and the Dingle Penninsula. Take in the excellent dinner and entertainment at Kate Kearney's Cottage. Spend some time in Killarney as well.

Amazing week in a great holiday cottage. 10/10 for this house
My husband, 6 yr old son and I travelled to Killorglin to visit family and attend Puck Fair...this house was just what we needed...it was big enough to accommodate us and two other family members...plenty of rooms, bathrooms and lots of driveway space for visitors...it was close enough to walk in to town yet far enough ways to enjoy the quiet and beautiful vistas. Bridget and her husband were wonderful and the home was well appointed and very comfortable. Would definitely rent again! Thank you Bridget and Jerry for a wonderful week.

Excellent cottage!
We spent one week in this house and it was really a perfect choice to book it! The cottage is very big (4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms) and it's also very comfortable to sit either in the living room or in the kitchen. The cottage is located near the city of Killorglin so you can reach supermarkets or pubs easily by foot. You can also reach other cities on the Ring of Kerry like Killarney or Tralee easily by car so that you can say that this house is a good starting points for journeys around the Ring of Kerry. Also worth mentioning is that our host, Bridget, helped us a lot during our holiday. She didn't only give us useful information about sights where we can go, she also organised for example a taxi from and to the airport and helped us planning a bus tour. So I can really recommend this holiday cottage to everyone who wants to spend his holiday at the RIng of Kerry!
