One of the best places for country music and dancing in San Antonio, Cowboys Dance Hall has plenty of live music, drink specials and fun for all-ages. Cowboys and girls 18 and over can get into the club everynight they're open but those who are 21 and over always get specials on entry. Every Friday night a live band plays at Cowboys DanceHall andthe San Antonio bar also features live pro bull riding. The Fridaynight bull-riding rodeo lets riders earn points and the best compete atthe end of the month for money.

Drink is a bar-lounge just off the Riverwalk opposite the Hotel Contesa open from 5pm-2am daily. Happy runs from 5-9pm and includes $2.50 draft beers and wells, and $4-5 specialty shots every day. There are four large screen TVs making it ideal for watching a game. The ever-enthusiastic bartenders are friendly and efficient, and it's easy to find you've spent more hours than you intended 'sampling' the menu. Drink is famous for is its extremely fresh draft beer. Prices are inexpensive for downtown (mixed drinks from $4, wine from $5 a glass).

San Antonio cowboys are rampant at Midnight Rodeo's bar, but they have enough ladies' night specials to bring in plenty of cowgirls as well. Everyone wears his or hernicest 10-gallon hat and cowboy boots to impress. Drink specials and a buffet make more of a reason to go to San Antonio's Midnight Rodeo if meeting a new special someone wasn't reason enough.
