If you’re looking for antiques in the Pigeon Forge-Gatlinburg area, you MUST try Memory Lane Antique Mall, and Riverside Antique Mall. They’re both on US 66, between Interstate 40 and Pigeon Forge. Memory Lane is the smaller of the two, but is full of neat old furniture, glassware, etc. The ladies working there are very friendly, and seemingly know every item that’s in the store. They’ll usually have a story, or two, to relate as you shop. Riverside Mall is a large, airy, well lit modern building housing everything, and then some. Furniture, glassware, advertising items, sports memorabilia, and anything in between can be found there. They have a nice sitting area in the back overlooking the river, if you get tired of shopping, if that’s possible. They even have a HUGE candy island in front of the cash registers, selling the largest, and best, malted milk balls. Both malls are "can’t miss" for the antique lover, or those who simply like to look back in time. Be sure to enjoy them both when in the area.
