International cuisines have really caught up recently in Delhi. Earlier all the good options were limited to Five star Hotels. Although good Japanese and Sushi are still found in Five stars only but now good Mexican, Italian, Mediterranean stand alone restaurants are common place. Another notable development is the evolving of strong pub and lounge culture in recent times. Plenty of Pubs in markets like Greater Kailash II - M-Block and Vasant Lok Complex. For food, the hubs are Defence Colony, Pandara Road, Connaught Place and Delhi Haat.

Great new swnaky malls have come up in Delhi and surrounding areas. Almost all of them have Food Courts. In Food Courts you get 8-10 cuisine options so you can really try everything in one place. All the known International Fast food chains - Mcdonalds, Pizza Hut, KFC have wide presence in Delhi. 'Delhi Belly' is probably only a myth now. If you stick to normal hygenic restaurants, which are in plenty, you are highly unlikely to have any problems. Avoid street food if you have a weak constitution.
