Lahore can be visited any time throughout the year, but certain months are more comfortable than others.
Lahore and Pakistan in general are warm year round. On average, the hottest months in Lahore are May and July, during which time the high temperatures will reach the lower 100’s, and it will only cool down to the upper 70’s or lower 80’s during the nights. On average, the coolest months of the year are December and January, during which time the high temperatures will reach the upper 60’s and lower 70’s, and it will cool down to the mid to upper 40’s during the night time. Although the temperatures during the summer months are rather hot, the humidity can make it seem even worse.
Lahore has a distinct rainy season, during which time the weather is very humid. The rainiest months of the year are July and August, with June and September also getting some rain. During the rest of the year, barely any rain falls in Lahore.
Based on temperatures and precipitation, it is not advised to go during the hot and rainy season between June and September. The rest of the year is dry with mild daytime temperatures.
