Eaton Park is near the University of East Anglia in Norwich close to the A11 London Road. This park is full of nostalgia with its central dome building with cafe and changing rooms. To one side there is a lily pond with seating then ahead you find a boating lake for model boats which is probably the biggest in the country and has a club who operate various boats/yachts and submarines etc on Saturdays, Sundays and Wednesdays. There are large playing areas for kicking a ball, playing cricket or generally having fun. There are also tennis courts,  bowls greens, a pitch-n-putt, an area for skate boarders, and a childrens swing-n-slide section with sand all around.

At the north end you find a nice garden boasting a unique water fountain to cool off. Close by a is small gauge train ride, run by volunteers on summer Sundays and Tuesdays. Recently this park had a lottery funding to bring it back up to original condition. All in all a fabulous park to spend a nice day out.

A great place for young children to burn off energy.
