Great out of the way beach on the tip of Aruba, one that is not in the hotel areas. About 35 minutes by car from the capitol and easy to find if you turn at the anchor off to the side of the road out of San Nichols. There is an oil refinery to pass but it adds to the whole history of the island. In years past there weren't a ton of people going there but now it gets pretty busy after 11-11:30 in the morning. Well worth the trip and the snorkeling is awesome. Vast expanse of water that doesn't get over 5 feet deep in most places. Perfect for the kids and a real cheap snorkeling trip to boot. There is limited food and drink available.

This beach is frequented by the natives as well as visitors including Europeans who may engage in topless sunbathing.  There is no natural shade so sunscreen is a must as well as your own towels.
