going back for 3rd time in sept. 2012. me and my husband love it. staff remembered us from last year they coudnt do enough for you. the beach is fantastic. and there is a large fridge just off the beach where you can just get your own water . rooms are very clean. we had 1day bad weather so had to stay in. but even though the place was very busy you could relax in several places without been crowded. recommend to any one the reunion was very nice we met some lovely people whom we sat with . even though me and my husband are 59 and 60 the beach party on the saturdays were brilliant our best holiday ever

Room Tip: if you are not good with stairs request a room in the main hotel and not family room as it can be a...

“excellent hotel...”

We (us and 2 kids) got back from a week stay at the Crystal Sunrise Queen.

We arranged everything ourselves, the hotel, the flights and the transfers. The transfer from Antalya was about an hour and the cost was 50 Euros each way in a minibus for 7 people (www.hanatravel.net). Arrived at hotel late evening, and first impressions were excellent as was the last impressions :).

We stayed 3 days in the family block and 4 days in a terrace room (both with see view) and we loved them both. Both were clean, large rooms with great view. Terrace room had a large balcony with two sun beds!

Hotel is right on top of a blue-flag beach and it is absolutely gorgeous. But watch out for small stones in the sea!

We mainly sat at the aqua park pool, outside the running hours of water slides (10:03-12:30 and 15:30-17:30) the pool completely belonged to us and we loved it!

There was always plenty of choice of meals with varying dishes, fruit, vegetables and sweets. The main restaurant was so good that we ended up eating in only one ala carte restaurant.

Great staff! Everyone was extremely efficient, friendly and helpful.I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone.

If you see or hear anything negative about this hotel, just don’t believe it! See it for yourself and decide yourself!

Room Tip: Pay little more and get a luxury terrace room.

“Had a wonderful holiday and would love to go back”

Had a wonderful holiday with three of my friends in the Sunrise Queen and would most certainly return. The staff at the hotel were lovely although some had difficulty understanding English, this was a problem mainly in the reception area. The choice of restaurants was great and the cocktails amazing. We were impressed by the size of the bedrooms and for the 1st time in ages didn't need to request extra coat-hangers.
The entertainment in the evening was impressive and there was no need to leave the hotel.
One warning to all, on our trip to see the ruins in Side (which were wonderful) we decided to have lunch at the Marina, the food was great and very reasonable but our bill for 2 bottles of house wine was £100 so beware if having a drink outside of your hotel.
