Having seen some reviews shortly before trip I knew what to expect. All negative reviews became true. The only positives: nice weather, nice beach, friends to play volleybal, no need to reserve pool or beach sun beds (because 1600 beds capacity of hotel was filled only up to max 400, thanks God...). The hotel has a potential to be a 5* hotel however this season it has reached max 3* quality of service:
- terrible stench from air condition in room every morning
- plastic tables in restaurant, no ltable cloth (in the evening at least), no service at table (at least drinks)
- waitors impatient, tired, improperly dressed (snookers etc.). No
wonder - same faces all 11 days, morning, lunch, dinner...
- red wine stinking, undrinkable, white wine slightly better
- choice of food very dull, repeting every day
- cleaning of room only after massive complaint
- repeating problems with a card key, broken bulb remained
unrepaired
- extremely arogant management of hotel (clients´ observations
mean nothing)
This hotel is acceptable for those only who have no experience
what to expect from 5* hotel and paid less than 50% (for last minute) of what we paid (in March 2008).
