There is no shuttle service to this hotel. I would not recommend any
reservation here...we were treated rudely when trying to get to the hotel
and stayed elsewhere with no hope of reimbursement...wasted time finding
out No Shuttle Service.

I found this hotel for a last night in Italy before coming home. It was perfect. Just a few minutes from the airport but far enough to be in an actual neighborhood. I got in around 8pm and the front desk recommended a pizza place around the corner which was fantastic. I took my pizza to go and enjoyed an hour on the laptop that was provided by Vodaphone in my room. A nice end to a two week vacation.

I booked this hotel while going in vacation with my family to Italy. The facility was advertised as a 4 star hotel; however, upon arrival we found out that the hotel is a very old building in a very isolated unsafe area of town. We did not feel safe and decided to go elsewhere because we had children. It is best called a motel instead and does not deserve to be rated with stars in my opinion. The hotel personal were offended because of our decision and refused even to give us a refund. We ended up going into Cardano hotel within a close proximity to the airport where it was find for a 4 star hotel as advertised!... Just be careful and do yourself a favor by avoiding this facility, trust me!!!

A good place to stay if going or coming thru MXP.. The hotel is about a 15 minute drive in the morning to the airport. Read the signs at the front desk checkin about times and prices. It is free at certain times. The staff spoke english and was helpful and polite. The are several places to eat within walking distance. The restaurant recomendation was a nice local one with good food. The morning meal was good with a wide choice of items. There is a new Mc Donald's 3 or 4 blocks away. We would stay there again.
