No disappointment and controversy here as for many other hotels in Turkey.
Everything mentioned in previous posts is spot on
Food and service are so good ! Better than in many other ultra all inclusive high ranked hotels.
These guys are really working hard to please the customers. Greenery all around the hotel is providing necessary cools, especially if you have a young baby that needs to be strolled a bit for daily nap.

Downsides are regular rooms (which we expected by reviews). we were traveling as family of 4, and with an extra bed+ the cot - room was packed up the ceiling. Staff is keeping it all tidy and clean, all facilities were in good condition. For me personally, lack of good free internet was a big downside as i had to work as well. There was something called internet in the lobby, but thats a joke not internet.

Other than that-perfect holiday! If our next destination will again be Turkey, this will definitely be the place to stay

Me and my husband stayed at this hotel from September 12th 2011 for 8 nights and were not disappointed - more over wowed by the hotel for the price we paid!
The glass lifts, botanical gradens and all you can eat all day long with the variety on offer in the A La Carte resturant was to die for! There are 6 restaurants on site to chose from and we never ate in them as the food choice was superb! Fresh fruit, fish daily! The drinks choice, ice cream and snacks at the various different bars gave you everything you need, the pools were superb too. Our room was so spacious and large. The hospitality is great, free coach service to Side, Alanya also! This is the best hotel ever! We could not find anything to complain about apart from we were the only British tourists at the hotel, but that did not spoil our holiday! It was mainly Eastern Europeans, Germans and turks and they were pleasant enough. The time of year we went meant we missed all the kids and teenagers which was perfect for us. The children were all younger than 5 years old and elder couples in our age range - 30-35 years

Hotel Botanik was very nice surprise and pleasant experience. I will break up this review into several important parts:
1. SERVICE - Considering the fact that this hotel is the oldest in this place it is no wonder that they have very organized team. They took care about everything you could imagine.
2. ROOMS - Automatic AC (which was very useful), clean, nice beds. Shower was not so new but everything was working.
3. FOOD - Food was amazing, they really prepared too much food. There were 4 a la carta restaurants. Food quality was extraordinary. All drinks included in the price. Even freshly squeezed juices.
4. POOLS and BEACH - There were a lot of pools, we even could not find all of them. Clean water always and spacious. Though, you need to get up early in the morning if you want to pick up great spot. Beach was very near and accessible, it does not have sand but small stones which was very convenient. One thing that I did not like about the beach are constant waves.
5. ENTERTAINMENT - If you want to be entertained this is the right place for that. They had like 15 animators to make you happy. :) There was some kind of show every night in their very big arena. And also there were 7 very exciting water coasters.
6. FINAL WORD - I definitely recommend it.
