The common areas inside and outside are always clean, including the manicured gardens and pools; the bedrooms (2 doubles 1 bathroom) welcoming and clean; sun umbrellas are available also at nearby beach with no surcharge in case there are no sun beds available(limited stretch of beach and you cannot leave your towels to reserve a place which makes sense;same for pool side); you can change your beach towels as often as you like. nice play area for kids under the pine trees. miniclub runs 10 to 12 or 1pm and 4 to 630pm, kids dance and shows in the evening; lovely staff at kids club but not nice to see them quarrelling in front of everybody (twice in a week!)!. i wish that at check out on returning the keys reception would wish us safe journey back...just some politeness to make you feel welcomed and not just a number? busy restaurant at meal times and difficult to get a table outside unless you get there early or very late. inside dining rooms are noisy; food quality good to very good considering the all inclusive deals.
