After a long, rainy drive from John O'Groats, my father and I were ready to stop for the night. We were able to get a twin room, which had a nice double bed and a single. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with a large ensuite. And it was only 70 pounds for the room, which included a nice breakfast as well. There is a restaurant attached, where you will be able to get a decent bite to eat for a good price.

Some people have commented on the decor, and yes it is dated, but it has character and is a fantastic price. You'll pay a lot more a few miles down the road, that's for sure, and really, are you coming to Scotland to hang out in your hotel room? We were quite pleased with the value for money. If I was coming back to this region for sightseeing, hillwalking, etc, I would certainly return.

One last note - the staff are very polite, friendly, and what's even more important, genuine. The waitress accidentally overcharged me by 10p, and she even chased me down to give it back! The gentleman at breakfast and reception was swift and attentive as well. Overall, they're just nice people.

Okay this is not a five star spa hotel, so if you think that is what your getting then you should look elsewhere. it is however similar to many highland hotels and is warm,comfortable and clean. it's set in a very nice area of perthshire and there are many things to do around the area.worth visiting blair atholl castle as the grounds are very well kept and there are some really nice walks. also take a short trip to killiecrankie and do the gorge walk, october is probably the best time for this as it is a riot of colour.i will use this hotel again as it represents great value for money.

I stayed here for 2 nights having booked a single room. Liz on reception was kind enough to give me a double room, which was perfect.
It rained all weekend but that did not spoil my enjoyment of the cracking scenery.
Had a meal in the bar on the Saturday night but it was REALLY quiet - the people next to me were whispering!
So on Sunday night, I went to Eat at the Park, a super wee chip shop / pizza cafe - the black pudding supper was delish!
Will return t Bridge of Tilt for the friendly service of all staff.

Stopped off on way home from northern visit. Not much of an eye catcher from the outside and some of the internals however room rate was very reasonable but the service and warm and friendly welcome from our host more than made up for it.

Had a decent nights rest for our onward journey also Food was not
too bad either.

More than worth the £30 pppn
