The location is convenient to the busy parts of Wst Bay yet is secluded and very quiet. The facility is relatively small with detached single and double/2 story cabins, each with it's own shaded deck and hammock. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean, with a fresh and unique flower arrangement on the bed each day.

The small restaurant/bar with waterfront deck is good. Staff are very friendly, the location cannot be beaten, and the coffee amazing.

The diving shop is wonderful. We had never dived before so took a PADI certified course. The instructors (Kelvin and Peter) were very helpful, patient, and very diligent about safety - both of us and of the coral reefs. We took a fun dive after certification which although wasn't the cheapest around was terrific. We were the only ones on our course and on the fun dive, although there were others in the boat with their own diving guides, so service was highly personalized.

We will return both to stay and dive with them again as soon as possible.

When I first went to las rocas 10 years ago I fell in love and have been going back every year since than. This resort has everything you need. The rooms are great, extremely clean and comfortable. The dive center is top notch, the dive instructors are very professional, friendly and fun. The restuarant and bar are by far the best on the island. I have been to many places in Roatan over the past 10 years and las rocas has never disappointed,ever! Than there is the amazing, wonderful staff. They always go above and beyond to accomodate one's needs. They are very caring,honest and delightful to be around . I have traveled to many places around the world and I keep coming back to Las Rocas, they treat you like family and I have never experienced anything like it. I cant get back there fast enough, Las rocas truely is......Amazing!

My lover and I just spent our last days at Las Rocas while in Roatan. The resort offered everything you need for a beach vacation.
You are steps from West Bay Beach (the best beach on the island) without be right in the mix of the larger resorts.
Its nestled to the end with plush vegetation given each cabana a nice amount of seclusion while still being right on the water.
Everyone there was very helpful and accommodating.
For the price and location its by far the best place to stay to be close enough to the bustle of the tourists on the beach without being smack in the middle and a water taxi away from West End Village.
All this and free breakfast plus a complementary ride to and from the airport.
If you are a diver... its even better.

las rocas offers everything you will need, its an amazing place to go, and the location its just perfect, you just need to walk a feew meters and you are already on the beach, it a nice place, and the staff its wonderful, and will help you with everything you need!!
