Stayed after a late flight in .Ryanair air .. Obviously .. Didn't realise that you have to ring the shuttle ..so had long wait .. Even though told time of arrival at time of booking .the driver was great very friendly . The room was a triple but the third bed was an airbed .. And not fully pumped up .. As was after 1am .. Couldnt get reception to rectify .. It was pretty bad .. Like a bad water bed .. The 3 of us had turns trying to sleep on it .. With no joy .. Again in the morning going back to the airport to get bus to Frankfurt the driver was extremely friendly and the breakfast was fine .. More like a hostel than a hotel

This is a wonderful and charming little German hotel located perfectly for exploring the Moselle wine country. Our room was spacious and clean and the view was unbelievable. I kept expecting the Teletubbies to come running over the hill! Really relaxing. Staff was unbelievably friendly and the restaurant was great! Free parking on site.

Exellent place to stay, Clean rooms, Frienly climate, Food is very good.
This was my 4th visit in this hotel.

We stayed here two nights prior to flying out of Hahn Airport. It was easy to book on-line and the price was VERY good. The room was lovely, with a view out over the fields and valley. The restaurant meal was fabulous (I had pork in wine sauce), and the breakfast was well done. The number one thing I like about any place is friendly staff..and this hotel's staff were wonderful. Warm, friendly, efficient. We will always stay at this hotel when we fly out of Hahn now, or when we visit the Moselle Valley. The only thing I don't like is having to pay for internet, but the room price was so low, it was a wash.
