Be careful when you are dealing with these people.
We were planning to stay in this hotel in coming September and reserved 3 rooms for 6 people. Before reservation I asked about their cancellation policy and was told that they charge deposit which is fully refunded if they told 15 days ahead of the stay. They requested deposit of $250 which is 20% of total stay which according to their email is fully refundable with 15 days advance notice before date of stay. They charged my card at once despite it was 5 months ahead of our stay. Then our plans were changed and I contacted them to cancel the reservation and asking to credit money back to my card. Suddenly they stopped to respond to emails (before they were very good - they were responded next day). I called them (had to call several times to catch the person who speaks English) and was promised that they will return my money. But it is already almost a month passed after that conversation, I sent email again - of course, no response and they still didn't return money.
