This B&B was recommended for us by folks at a nearby winery we visited. We visited our last night in Italy here before heading back to Milano airport the next day (couple of hour's drive from here). We were basically looking for a place to crash but got lots more!
We were housed in the rose room on the ground floor. It was the perfect size for us and very pretty. Adriano was really friendly and we enjoyed talking with him half English half Italian.
Adriano booked us a table in the excellent restaurant (Belvedere) just 100 meters from our place. It seems he used his Connections(TM); while the place was totally packed we somehow got a table with the best view and both the owners serving for us. :-)
While we were waiting for the restaurant reservation Adriano was kind enough to take us to their private roof terrace to show the surroundings. There sure were lots of churches nearby (the bells toll every hour). It must be one of the best views in the village from this terrace. Adriano even opened a bottle of chilled white wine for us, too. What a luxury!
The breakfast was well worth a praise, too. We had an option to eat with the hosts or by ourselves. The hosts were such a good company so there was no question about which option we chose..
Credit card was not accepted but that didn't matter as there was an ATM within 100 meters.
