Scenic location, great for walking. More than adequate bedrooms but maid did not clean kitchenette area (has a fridge but take coffee, tea and washing up liquid) or the balcony (butts left by previous occupants). Tables outside but no public lounge except in basement. Games/sports area downstairs, internet on paying basis. Staff friendly and try hard but often overworked. Good food generally - but breakfast never ready at opening time and sometimes buffet fare at breakfast and dinner not replenished promptly. Often more diners than space and meal seating arrangements can be chaotic. Example: without warning we were evicted, with others in the room, from a reserved table when a very large group of elderly people arrived. Had an apology and a drink on the house but still had to struggle for a seat for the rest of our week. Subsequently the group decided they did not like what had been our location, which resulted in more people being evicted from another dining area. Hotel takes a range of credit cards

Stayed here as a family with two children (aged four and one) for a weeks holiday with Inghams. Fantastic hotel, beautifully clean, super food, really friendly and happy to help. We had the panaromic room which was a good size for a family of four. Everything was provided for the baby, highchair, cot etc. Food was great for the children as there is so much choice and even a childrens menu.

Only downside if at all - as the location is about 8km from Seefeld you are tied to bus times, however, was not a problem for us as we enjoyed the tranquil spot. Stunning. Would be ideal for self drive from Innsbruck as only a 30 minute drive door to door and the hotel has ample parking.

Would love to return.

We had a lovely room in the main hotel overlooking the Gaistal Valley. Unfortunately, when our loud neighbour was on his balcony it was if he was in our room! The restaurant was very good with additional salad and desserts buffet and breakfast buffet in the morning. During the week this was excellent but at the weekend it was crowded and some dishes were gone if you get there early!
The spa and games facilities were excellent and particularly useful when the weather was too wet to go out.
We hired a car from Innsbruck airport which gave us flexibility to explore the area. Dedicated walkers relied on the excellent bus service but this was not so good when having to wait for a bus in the rain - of which there was rather too much even though it was mid-June.

What a great hotel! We went after our daughter's wedding and needed a complete break. This was a special place. Very rural, could walk from the hotel fantastic views, wonderful food and friendly staff.
