we stayed during 15 days, the room and the bathroom were rarely cleaned up, very dirty, the matress was terrible, you could feel the coils spring so old it was, the shower did not worked correctly, it was borken, the light bulbes not replaced, of course we did complained, very noisy, the kitchen of the room was disgusting...unfortunately as we booked through booking.com we could not recuperate our money and we had to stay the 15 days of our holydays, very bad experience...

we chose this hotel, situated in agios prokopios, for his position, near the beach and for the pool

I think it can be the only reasons to stay there, for the rest I found only problems: as ms Ioanna wrote to me by mail, she promised to organize the trasfert from the port of naxos but when I called them no one replyed to me!
the same situation when we depart: they forgot our accord and they suggested me to take a taxi!

the room was dirty, the breakfast very poor and the staff (I think the ioanna's doughters ) was not so helpful

just another information: if you pay using credit card you must pay another 2% in addiction, the girls said it was normal in greece ( she said that they have to pay 4% as commission so I have to pay the half as "contribute" ) but It's the very first time that I pay and I consider this unacceptable

All the apartments situated in agios prokopios are close to the beach so you can find alternative more valid in comparision to this hotel

I booked a room for this hotel by contacting directly the hotel. A room was available for the dates I wanted, from July 22nd till July25th. I had to send an e-mail with all the required information which I did right away mentioning also our telephone conversation of 2 minutes earlier.
Because I had no access to e-mail where I was travelling I called the hotel to ask whether they received my e-mail and to double check the availability of the room on the given dates. I was told everything was ok ,they just needed my creditcardnumber as a guarantee, which I gave. And we ended the conversation , I was told that everything was ok.
You can imagine how I felt arriving at this place on the 22 nd of July and being told there was no reservation in my name, no e-mail and no creditcardnumber. There we were in the peak season with heavy backpacks without a room. The owner send us to a terrible room, dirty and dark , from friend where we could stay for 1 night and get a room next day in her hotel. Of course this did not happen the next day and we went back to naxos town where we got a nice room .
Sorry to say this happens often in Greece, probably the hotel had customers who wanted to stay longer and just gave our room away, poor service, so if you book there directly watch out.

We stay at Ioanna Apartments every year for the last 5 years!
The apartment is spacious, comfortable,clean with nice view to the pool. The buffet is great! Imagine that Miss Ioanna make the cake herself...ymm!The children spend the most of their time at the pool and the payind ground.The hotel is only a few minutes from the beach and the shops! The staff is so kind and helpful!We enjoy ourselves everytime we return at Ioanna Studios! We relax in a friendly and nice place...See you next year !!!
