This is at amazing location with all rooms facing sea with great view.Rooms are huge looks posh.Staff are very friendly and smiling and offer to help everytime you face them.Even the security at the gate takes care of you really well.

Restaurant is also good with great pool and sea view and waiters are all smiling and friendly.They make you feel special.Overall it can be seen that everyone is striving to make you have a pleasant stay which is truly appreciable.

my overall experience was very good . the Staffs are so courteous and helpful you feel special. the view of sea is superb. and the pool is maintained well. the dining the kids were more than happy as they had a choice of more than ten desserts.Its valu for money staying here.I definately recommend all my friends to have a visit. you will love it

Good hotel to stay. Good and spacious rooms. The rooms with sea view is very good. Would have been excellent if the family also was with me!
Good food. Sea food preparations were good. Restaurant located in a very good area. The bar is separate form the main dining area.
The bathroom was stocked good. Good staff always ready to help. Surprisingly there was an offer for the welcome drink.
The location and atmosphere at that time was also good.
Though they have terminated the tie up, many of their stationary still carries it.

Very good and courteous staff who are always smiling. Great view of the Kollam beach. Well maintained pool (the roof top pool was under renovation). food needs some work though (we were there only for breakfast) heard the desserts and pastries are the best in Kollam (sadly we did not get to try them)
