this hotel is situated on a beautiful beach with a million dollar view. ok, thats the good part!! the management needs to wake up - literally. when i tried to check in, no one at the desk. after i figured out the call button, the response was less than quick. room had a great view and a smell of covered over smokers. i went down to the hugely overpriced restaurant and ate elsewhere. the" breakfast included" was coffee and bread - not a piece off fruit, cold cuts or juice to be found. although i had offered to pay when checking in, i was told in the morning would be fine. next morning there was one person working - a very sweet, very busy gal trying to serve 45 or so tour group folks and me. then when she also came to run my bill, she couldn't operate the credit card machine. after we found a translator in the tour group, she took the credit card machine to the manager who was not yet out of her quarters - at 9 AM.
look around town for a better value and a more professionally operated hotel

Estimada Edurne, como hemos indicado en un comentario anterior en ese fin de semana el hotel estaba completo a expensas de alguna cancelación de última hora que no se produjo, cosa que le indicamos telefónicamente las veces que llamó... lamentamos haberle creado falsas expectativas y lo tendremos en cuenta en el futuro para evitar malentendidos...
Nos alegramos que finalmente quedara satisfecha de su estancia en nuestra villa, y estaremos encantados si decide volver y nos tiene en cuenta en la próxima ocasión.
