Very nice small hotel renovated to modern standards in an historic building. Extremely clean, terrificly friendly staff, good breakfast, in-room internet, good showers, perfect location on main square in Fazana, good a/c in summer, only negative is that rooms are very small. Beds are good but rooms are small -- not much room for luggage. Restaurant across the street is top quality. Churchbells start early though so avoid if that is likely to wake you up; they didn't bother me at all but I sleep through anything.

We had the most relaxing enjoyable trip to croatia and really loved our stay in the beautiful little fishing village of Fazana. The hotel was very centrally located and beautifully clean. The breakfast was of a high standard with especially lovely cuppacino. The room was small but immaculate and just right for our needs. We loved hearing the bells chime in the morning from the church tower opposite. The staff were very nice and helpful. Opposite the hotel was a lovely restaurant just on the corner, everything was very convenient. We hired a taxi to Pula for the day which was a lovely clean town and the taxi driver suggested we get a bus back to get to know the locals. We did exactly that and met some very friendly and helpful people. We will most definitely be returning to Croatia, we shall revisit Fazana and stay at this same hotel.

I’ve been in this hotel @ the end of SEP 2010 - I strongly recommend it to anybody who wants a relaxing holiday, a full immersion of nature and seaside; the hotel itself is a bijoux: very clean, recently refurbished to high standard, very nice staff and great breakfast – I will come back!!!

This small hotel is beautifully located in the small town of Fazana (10 km north of Pula). The rooms are very clean and have big bath rooms! Free WiFi is available in the whole hotel. The only crucial thing that bothered us, was the church tower, right in front of the hotel! Bells started ringing at 6 am every hour and during holidays even more often! Breakfast was ok, the staff incredibly friendly!!! We also used the private spa for 2 hours incl. massage, which really was a bargain.
All in all, I would recommend the hotel due to its intimate character, but be aware of the church bell.
