Hotel with basic cooking facility. Clean rooms.
Hotel quite a distance from central Paris but if you plan on going to Disneyland during your stay in Paris this wouldn't be a problem.
The hotel is also close to a shopping centre where there is big supermarket. Designer shopping outlet, La Vallee Shopping Village is a walking distance.
Hotel staff not that helpful. Would assist you only because they've been paid for and not doing it sincerely.

We arrived at the hotel after an arduous journey from Manchester. It was very difficult to find, even with a GPS. Eventually we managed to park and found reception. The receptionist was actually quite helpful and managed to find me and Mrs D and the rugrats rooms on the same floor. We didnt know what to expect except what we had seen in pictures on the website. All I can say is that they must have been taken with an estate agents camera ;o)
We entered the 'apartment' in to a small hallway which also accommodated the 'kitchenette' (2 electric ring hob, microwave, fridge and sink). The bedroom had a table and 4 chairs, a dressing table with shelves (all flat pack from Ikea), and two single beds pushed together.. all this in a room 9ft x 12ft. There was very little room to squeeze past the beds. The walls were dirty, bedding and pillows of the chapest kind, the room safe was closed and couldn't be opened. The bathroom was small but reasonably clean. The shower holder was broken so the shower head had to be hand held, the toilet paper was like the thinnest newspaper you could find.. this wasnt replenished throughout our 3 night stay. The towels were thin to the point of exhaustion.. these also were not replenished. The scenario reminded me of the halls of residence I stayed in at Uni, although the halls were much better.

The staff generally were indifferent, particularly the domestic staff in the breakfast room who closed it when she felt like and was actually very rude on more than one occasion.
Security was not great, with the front doors being left open most of the night along with the electric up and over doors to the underground parking. The only good thing I can say about this hotel is that the location is great. Next door to La Vallée shopping mall and very close to Disney. Unless you are on a very low budget and a very small person I would suggest you seek alternative accommodation. My reasons for staying there were that there was no other accommodation available for our stay and the pictures looked ok, along with the good reviews... The reviewers MUST have been paid to say that I am sure!!
We definitely WONT be visiting again. Nuff said!

“No frills...”

This hotel was quite difficult to find - no obvious sign on the building, just some portable flags. The staff were not overly helpful, nor was their English very good - it felt like they were Uni students just trying to earn some money, and not necessarily provide good service!

We stayed here with two toddlers in a one bedroom apartment with a cot and a sofa bed. The The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable for two adults, but our 3 year old was fine on it! The whole room felt very worn, even though the hotel didn't seem very old. The kids loved the brightly coloured apartment doors and the motion-sensor lights in the hallway.

The kitchenette was very small and the crockery/cutlery didn't really seem to be very clean - we washed everything before we used it. (From memory there was no supplied cleaning products, which is unusual in our experience in self-contained apartments.) The bathroom (with a bath!) was quite spacious. We were on the ground floor, and had a glass door out to a terrace with a strange view into the windows of office workers - very strange from our bedroom, and we weren't so sure on the security with this external door from our room. There were coin-operated washing machines on another floor which was really handy - just make sure you read the instructions carefully!

There is a huge shopping centre just down the road with the biggest supermarket I've ever seen in, which was very handy to get supplies to self-cater. There is also a designer outlet next to the shopping centre - shoppers paradise! There is a small park tucked in a corner of the designer outlets, so Dad and kids went there, and Mum went shopping!

Location wise, it is in a very new suburb around an hour into the centre of Paris on the RER trains, and so much cheaper than staying in Paris. There was also secure parking available under the hotel, so we just left our car parked for a couple of days during our stay.

This all sounds very negative, but it wasn't that bad - just a little worn with impersonal service. There seemed to be a few self-catered accomodation places in the area and we'd probably try a different one if we to ever return.

“Excellent for visiting Disneyland”

We rented a nice apartment for 4. Lots of space and very good to have a small kitchen. Being able to take the shuttle bus to Disneyland from a hotel nearby was also very convenient. No room service is part of the deal, but we got more toilet paper when we asked for it! Negative points: there were no smoke detectors, neither in the rooms nor in the corridor. The sound insulation between the rooms was not too good.

“It was okay... not great... but okay”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 19 March 2011

The hotel seems a bit out of the way, it’s in a quiet residential area but it has good transport links. It takes just over hour (on the train) to get into the centre of Paris, so if you don't like travelling much, it may be better to say closer to town.

The hotel is very close to Disneyland Paris (2-3 stops) so it may be ideal for the family if Disneyland is the core part of the holiday. Upon arriving at the hotel we were told that check in was 4pm (which we found quite late), I must say that though the receptionist held our bags for us she didn't seem very pleased to do it and any questions asked seemed a bit to much bother for her. We had arrived about 4 hours before checking in, so really our only option was to go back into town as there is not much to do in the surrounding area... not good if like us you had a morning journey and planned on taking a nap to recuperate!

The room was big, open plan with a small kitchen and living area as well as a bedroom. the room could have easily fit 4 people as the living area had sofa bed. Nothing amazing but the bathroom was modern and clean.... towels were not collected though so old ones did linger for our whole stay.

Breakfast was very nice, it was buffet style and there were cold and hot options (i.e cereal, croissants, hot water available for oatmeal, toast etc) there was however no cooked option e.g eggs/bacon. The hotel is described as a bed and breakfast though breakfast is an added to the bill; we were only told this once we got to the hotel... it added up to about 6 euro per person per day, and also breakfast served between 7 and 9 which we found quite early. There are however restaurants and a huge shopping mall within walking distance of the hotel which we found handy as our room came equip with cooking facilities.

There is cable available but it is all it French, there were NO English speaking channels, me and my bf bought a dvd to watch to find that the dvd player was not working and the dvd got stuck and scratched in the process (not fun).

I must say the hotel felt more like a apartment block than anything else, reception closed around 6pm and we were given keys to the front door and our rooms. The front door is quite hard to open and after arriving at the hotel late one night there was a point where we thought we'd have to sleep outside. Past the reception times there is actually NO way to get in contact with staff in case of problems. We saw very few staff members apart from the cleaners and one person at breakfast.

Saying this, it’s not a terrible hotel, and if I had to I would say there again, the rooms were kept clean and for the most part it was equipped for our stay. I'd give it 3 and a half if I could but no more than that :)
