We got taken to this hotel by Lufthansa after missing a connecting flight in Munich. This hotel thrives on such travellers as nobody in their right mind would voluntarily stay there. Everybody in the place was disinterested - the concept of service has not yet reached Schwaig. They know you have no choice and the airline is paying so they really don't care. The restaurant looks OK but the lights were off in half of it to keep costs down. There were probably 8 people when we arrived yet it took 1 hour 10 minutes for the waiter to bring us our plate of slop that had the highly descriptive and innovative name: "turkey" even though it looked like shredded cat food in a milk sauce. The rooms are tiny, the morning shuttle bus to the airport was full and one of our party had to pay for a taxi. The reception staff couldn't offer any help, however they have developed the gormless blank stare into an art form. Avoid this place at all costs.
