We stayed 5 nights , room and bathroom are all right and breakfast was rather good. But for diner you get warm up meals from the supermarket, but I think M and S food is 100 % better. It is in other words not eatable and the staff is very unprofessional and not friendly at all. So if you want to stay here anyway book a room and get breakfast and dinner in the little town, that will be mutch cheaper and better.

The front desk was helpful and nice. The room had high ceilings, was pretty, but small. The layout made it feel bigger than it was, so it worked fine. We had a great view of the park in back, the pool was pleasant, I liked the Moroccan atmosphere in the pool bar/restaurant, breakfast was included and really good. The elevators were so small that I wanted to hyperventilate, and only one was functioning. Used the "workout" room... tiny but at least they had one and they definitely kept it maintained. Parking was awful, so if you have a car, just be aware. And for a moto, park in back. Beach across the street (altho view is blocked by all the blue cabanas, which stinks). LOVED this town. LOVED it. Hotel was really pretty and I'd love to come again. The only negative I have is that their internet was really expensive, but they had it free in the lobby. So we had to come to the lobby to get online to route our next day and call family, which was really annoying. We were disappointed at that.

The only 4 stars the hotel can claim for is the look from the outside, if you are looking for 4 star service, that is inexistent, wouldn't even go for a 2 star, At our arrival ( we booked through booking.com) the reception employee insultated us and only wanted to let our 2 small children stay with us in our room if we would pay an extras charge of 50 Euro. As we had booked through booking. com for 4 persons we didn't agree to it and had to invest an extra 0,5 hour to sort it out between booking and the hotel. Moreover he took all our ID's away and even worse we didn't get them back when we checked out. On our way back home 14 days later we had to pass by again to collect them. I do not want to imaging what they have used the ID's for in the meantime. The location of the hotel is quite noisy seen that it is located on the main road and in the city center opposite of the beach. Rooms are rather old fashioned and breakfast is farawy from a 4 star too. They claim in their hotel brochure, that WIFi would work in the rooms and in the reception and lounge. In reality it only works in the lounge.

I was nervous initially because of an internet glitch while making reservations- I never received the confirmatory email that their website promised, so I wasn't entirely sure if I even had a reservation! Multiple emails to the hotel were never acknowledged. But, I decided to show up anyhow, and all was well. Parking was a bit dicey, as there were definitely more cars than parking spaces. I had a nice room racing the ocean with a lovely view. It was roomy, and the wi-fi worked well- nothing special, but I could overlook that given the location. Staff were friendly and understood English. I chose not to eat in the restaurant because there are so many other restaurants nearby. The pool was very nice. This hotel met all of my needs.
