My husband and I stayed here for three nights. It is located in a very quaint and pretty small town, Bettona. The hotel reminded me of a Best Western. It was clean, but very plain. Our room was clean but we had a problem controlling the heat and it got so hot we had to sleep with the window open. The bathroom was very small with the shower the size of a coffin! The exercise room, which I don't see often in European hotels, was very bare and one machine was broken so it does not seem like that is a priority for them. We ate in their restaurant, for both the free breakfast buffet and for dinner. Both meals were quite good and service for dinner was fine, but if you are going for breakfast, don't be there right when it opens because they are a little slow in getting things out on the buffet. The staff was friendly, but when we were checking out, the young lady did not know how to operate the credit card machine so that delayed our check out for a while until someone else on the staff arrived for work who could operate it. While I would not recommend you avoid the place, I certainly would not encourage you to stay unless you needed to stay in Bettona (I think this is the only hotel in the old part of Bettona).
