The Ramada in Galloway, not too far from Atlantic City, is definitely in need of a make over. The junior suite we had included a bedroom and a living room, except the hotel was very old and in need of repair. The living room had a very small sofa and a small dining table, along with a mini refrigerator all of which seemed to be pretty shabby. And even though we had two rooms, they were both pretty compact making it hard for two adults to move around and fit our luggage without bumping into things. Fortunately our stay was for one short night.
I did not get to eat the included continental breakfast because I woke up too late but there are many area restaurants, including a Denny's in the parking lot, which make it easy to get something when you check out.
There is a pool in the back, which looked like nice but I dind't use it.
All in all, it is convenient enough to Atlantic City (easy to find when you exit the Parkway but tough to find when you come back from AC at night in the darkness and don't have GPS) when the other area hotels are full but I must say the price for the Ramada is extremely high, even with a AAA discount. During the busy summer weekends, and especially on holidays, they surely know that they can get away with it. Truthfully, I wouldn't pay to stay here again. One night was enough to teach me not to wait til the last minute to book my stay at a nice hotel in AC.
