My kids and I stayed at this hotel and were very pleased. We called the hotel upon arriving at the airport and they came to pick us up for a small fee. Our room was very clean and modern. And the hotel staff was very kind and helpful, expecially the manager. The continental breakfast was descent. If ever in Italy again, I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was a ten minute taxi ride from Treviso Airport (Ryanair). A modern, clean and cheaper base for visiting Venice. The room was large, clean and had all the facilities for a comfortable stay, although paying for internet access is disappointing. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of space for a large family to rest in. Breakfast was the usual Italian bits and pieces, nicely presented but the breakfast room was a little characterless. More suited to businessmen grabbing a quick start or day-trippers on their way into Venice rather than a place to linger and enjoy a leisurely breakfast.

The train station was a fifteen minute walk through a pleasant residential area and there was a large supermarket just around the corner. Otherwise there were few other facilities, with few choices of local restaurants. We ate in Venice each night before returning to the hotel. However, by far the easiest way to access Venice was by bus. It stopped just outside the hotel and tickets could be bought from Reception. Forty five minutes later and you arrived at the bus station in Venice and two minutes from the Vaporetto stop and the rest of Venice. The buses ran regualarly throughout the day and late at night, ideal to finish with a late night walk around a much quieter Venice.

Overall, a good base for Venice - cheap, clean, modern and with a lot of space. Fill your boots for breakfast and Venice is yours.

We used it for an overnight stay before an early flight from Treviso (TSF).
It was clean, tidy, modern, did a typical italian breakfast, had plentiful free parking, 24hr reception and helpful staff. It was actually very nice.
It feels like a nice business hotel...
There's petrol stations close-by to refuel hire cars
TSF is genuinely 10 minutes away by car, even during the peak time.

We had a late evening flight into Venice-Treviso airport and wanted an acceptable hotel to stay in for one night, before moving onto our ultimate destination.

The Hotel Crystal is a business travellers hotel and has everything needed without any un-necessary extras. The rooms were large enough, fresh and clean. The hotel was modern, quiet and very acceptable. Because we were staying on a Friday night - a quiet time for a business hotel - the rate for our rooms was good value. The mattresses were harder than we'd like, but that is a minor point. Breakfast was included and was better than expected, although nothing to linger over.

We pre-booked a taxi from Venice-Treviso airport. The journey took around 15-20 minutes.

Overall, this hotel met our needs very well.
