We had a great time here. Its a relatively big hotel with superb facilities. Big pool with great views. A little problem in service at breakfast but at least was smiley. Room was great.

We read some not so great reviews of this hotel prior to travelling to Greece, but we had stayed there before so we decided to give it a try. We were not disappointed. The staff was very helpful the views from our balcony were unparalleled and the food at breakfast was good too. My husband suffered an injury while we were there and they got us an appointment with a doctor within an hour of our reporting it. They couldn't have been more helpful in dealing with this difficulty. To be clear his injury was in no way the fault of the hotel. We had originally planned to stay for 4 nights, but we enjoyed it so much we stayed for an additional 2 nights. The hotel and Lefkada itself are highly recommended and defintely worth a visit.

My family (me, wife and 9 year daughter) visited this hotel at the end of August, just after the "super" high season in Greece which should be avoided if possible.
We stayed in a spacious room (probably more than 30m2), well accomodated and close to the ground floor facilities (Level -1).
Hotel is located in a fantastic spot, easily accessed and well equipped.
During our stay, we enjoyed both sea and pool, along with a few short visits (on a rented small boat) to the small islands close (Skorpios, Meganisi).
Definetely recommended, especially outside the "high" season and "high" rates!
The only "complain" should be regarding prices of services (drinks, coffees, Spa), which could be adjusted to the real level of the hotel (an excellent 4-star in my opinion)

we stayed at this once excellent hotel for three nights.1-4/9.this was the second time we visited this hotel,the first being in 2008 when we were left with excellent impressions.unfortunately this time was disappointing. although the view,and the buffet cuisine are remarkable the following were totally bad.they are confusing their 5star identity with an event hall.1 wedding reception that took place on Saturday night was completely offensive towards the clients.we were not informed.there were fireworks at 01:20 am that woke us up and the really loud music went on at least until 5:30 am.furthermore the hotel is not as clean as it used to be.our room was served daily nut used glasses were not removed.a breakfast tray for a room next door remained on the hall for almost 24 hours attracting too many bees(open hall).at the time of checking out today too many people ,at least ten,were complaining about the last night's wedding,but the manager was nowhere at sight.I have to sag however that at that point the receptionist was really trying to cope with us all very kindly but when I asked for the official EOT complaint form,I was pointed to one of the restaurants.when I went there the form was absent.after seeking for it more I got the reply that some other client had taken it an it could not be located at the time.I feel very sorry I have to write this review for such a beautiful ,allthough expensive,hotel. @managent:get your act together and I would be glad to visit you again.we stayed at room 331
