“Great staff”

Our two week stay at the Almyrida Beach hotel was made extra special by all the wonderful staff there, our thanks to you all. The hotel is perfectly located, spotlessly clean with great food Almyrida village has very few bars and restaurants so if you want a quiet relaxing holiday, this is the place to go. Our only "moan" is there are no partitions between the balconies, but that would not stop us from returning to this beautiful part of Crete

Stayed at the almyrida beach hotel in august 2011. The staff are fantastic, bar staff, receptionists, dinner staff, everyone went out of there way to make our stay a memorable one. So thankyou to everyone who made our stay so special. The location of the hotel is brilliant, the beach is just across a small road, and you have some lovely tavernas and bars in the small village, which are literally as you walk out the hotel.
Everything at this hotel was brilliant, the staff really made our holiday for us,and we were with a wedding party of 50,and everybody felt the same. Would recommend this to anyone! Thankyou to all at the almyrida hotel!

“Wedding Party”

We booked our Wedding reception at the Almyrida Residence which is the sister hotel of the Almyrida Beach Hotel. The majority of our guests were staying at the hotel. Without exception all of our guests were really happy with the hotel as the staff are so friendly and efficient and go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. From our point of you I don't think we could have asked for better service from Sotiris, Foffi and Manos the hotel management team. The wedding reception was held on the roof terrace of the Almyrida Residence which is a perfect venue for anyone considering holding a wedding reception as it is private, has fabulous views over the bay and is complete with an infinity swimming pool. The food was excellent for our wedding party and the service was the best we have had in Greece. I would thoroughly recommend the hotel both for a holiday and a wedding reception location if that was what you were considering.

Room Tip: Spend the extra money for a sea view as the sunsets are spectacular

“Missing it already”

I've just returned from week at Almiryda Beach Hotel and am missing it already. The staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The breakfast, served from Almyrida Residence with views to the sea, was delicious with an excellent variety of options. I enjoyed the close proximity of everything in the village, the beach being just over a quiet road from the hotel. And swimming in the roof top pool, of the sister hotel, was pure luxury. There are plenty of tavernas or snack bars to enjoy for lunch, all really good value for money with excellent service (especially the one that has a large fish tank outside- the octopus being a real crowd drawer). The evening meal consisted of an excellent selection of dishes with many vegetarian options. The room decor was a little dated, but traditional enough with a huge balcony and exceptionally clean. It was a very relaxing holiday, just what I hoped for. Thank you......
