When we arrived, Dionysus, the owner, took us around to show us the gardens. He cut lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers and peppers and carried them to our villa - then he brought olive oil, lemons and olives so we could have a Greek salad on our first night in the village. Every day thereafter was equally charming.
The accomodations are beautiful and felt true to the architecture and culture of Zakynthos. The pools were immaculate, as were the lush gardens and olive tree orchards. We didn't want to leave.
Leeda's Village is away from the hotel strips on the water, away from the crowds and the noise, but close enough to everything we needed not to feel isolated.
