My wife and I have stayed at Raines Close on several occasions during the last few years, and every visit has been a pleasure. The B & B itself is a very attractive building with a beautiful garden and lovely views across the hills. It is situated in a prime spot very close to the centre of Grassington and the rooms are very comfortable. David and Geraldine are extremely pleasant and will do anything to help visitors. We really can't praise Raines Close and its owners too highly. We can't think of a single negative, and we will definitely be going back when we next visit the Dales.

Due to a local wedding we had trouble finding accomodation in the area but were so glad to find this cosy, homely establishment set in lovely gardens. Our room was a small double- quite compact but we had sole use of a private bathroom across the hall. We were only a short stroll from the town and would recommend Raines Close as a great base for exploring the Yorkshire Dales. Geraldine and David were wonderful hosts and his breakfast was the best we had in our 9 day trip. Unfortunately we could only stay one night but would liked to have stayed longer.

Excellent small guest house in a good location less than one minutes walk from the center of Grassington village.

The owners David and Geraldine were helpfull and made us feel at home. The breakfast was tasty with plenty of choice.
A good base for exploring the Wharfdale valley and the Dales.
