Dear Dagmar, dear Toni,
Back to Paris, I wanted to let you know about our residency.
As per our last email exchange Toni, I requested to have a different room as our last stay and when we did arrive on the evening we had the bad surprise to get the same room as last time. Of course it took you few minutes to make the change but as per you confirmed to me we should not go thru this matter upon arrival.
The room was nice and well situated, we did enjoy it.
On the late morning of our second day, I asked Dagmar for more soap because to get 2 small sets of soap/shampoo for two persons it is very poor. The maid within an hour added more in our bathroom. We had some towels on the floor ... she could at least arrange it, and I am not taking about changing it which could be very nice. Anyway, no follow-up was done as per the last two days of our stay we still got 2 poor bags of soap. That's a shame !
Instead of having anything from the buffet breakfast which is not very exciting (quality of ham, cheese, croissant ...), we had some early lunch couple of time and wanted to let you know that the quality and the taste of the gazpacho and the ham sandwich were very tasty and good.
The last thing is Dagmar came to see us on our departure date, telling us that we need to go out of the room as per you were excepting some other guest. Good we do understand, but she should have asked us first at what time we were supposed to leave the room as per she was ok for a delay check-out at 1:30pm.
To tell you the truth with all of those service details who make the difference for a 4 days stay, we are not sure to be back.
Hope you will take on consideration this email for you next customers, service today is important also in small Finca as yours.
