We stayed in a Deluxe Room for 3 nights.
The room was awesome! The shower even better!
We had a view of the sea from the balcony.
The walk-in dresser, which lit up, was huge with ample space and hangers for travellers wich lots of luggage.
Upon arrival we received complimentary bubbly and fruit with was replaced daily.
You could raise the top half of the bed, individually, to suit your needs.
The blinds on the windows were controlled electronically.
The breakfast buffet was outstanding with a huge selection of cold and warm dishes. You have a choice of ala carte warm dishes as well.
The staff was extremely helpfull at all times.
The spa was outstanding with a pool/jacuzzi/sauna/steam bath/special showers etc...
This hotel was the highlight of our trip and I can highly recommend this establishment.

I am always afraid of booking a hotel for vacation but ending up with feelings like being on a business trip.
Luckily, that was absolutely not the case with the Faehrhaus. This hotel delivers everything which keeps you cozy and comfortable. Very nice rooms, the beautiful historical site of the hotel with all the restaurants, fantastic breakfast, lovely teetime, excellent dinner, nice Spa and wonderful staff. We’ve stayed for 1 week and enjoyed every minute of it. We can highly recommend this hotel for any person who wants to relax and have fantastic food surrounded by very helpful staff delivering excellent service.

The Faehrhaus Sylt is one of Sylt's top hotels. A rather small hotel, it impresses with an amazing combination of old buildings and modern architecture. When designing and building this hotel, no costs were spared, and the results show. However, while definitely playing in the upper league of luxury, the hotel has managed to keep a homely feeling. The extremely friendly and professional staff certainly contribute to this impression; and so do the excellent restaurants. Only thing we found irritating: This is a very expensive, top-league hotel - and then, they suddenly start charging extra if you would like to have, e.g., Eggs Benedict rather than scrambled egss for breakfast... In terms of location, the hotel is very nicely located at the shores of the Wattenmeer (and nothing is far in Sylt anyways), but you do need a (rental) car if you go there!
