The staff were attentive and the rooms comfortable and having all the amenities you required. There were also little touches that made the stay great e.g. the jeep ride was at 6 am so we were woken daily at 5.30 am with tea and biscuits. It was very cold at night so they made sure the heaters were turned on before you got back and they gave hot water bottles as you went to sleep. They created a lovely atmosphere ensuring they had wood fires to sit around and recount your tiger stories. It would benefit from having an area in which to stretch out and get some sun in between jeep rides but in the end that did not matter.

very good service with good quality food and hospitality. the location is very well maintained and clean. the lighting around the area and the rooms is kind of gloomy, but in synch with the overall jungle atmosphere. power back up and water availability is good.
the safari arrengements were excellent with knowledgable and dynamic driver (santosh). and overall room service was very prompt.
the environment in resort facility is very well maintained and full of flora n fauna. i got to observe and photograph few rare birds, right in the central area of resort. the garden is very well planned and good for relaxing
no worst experiences. just would like to have brighter lighting inside the rooms

Again we had no real complaints, the food was perfectly good, the staff very accomodating and the public outside spaces very attractive The rooms however, were lined with dark bamboo and the windows were covered ( no point removing the blinds as there was just thick jungle right up to the window). I found this very depressing and generally the rooms let the hotel down. A shame really, they would get better reviews if they ripped out all that bamboo!

Excellent cottages - super clean, efficient staff
Food was a bit bland though.
The price included all meals including morning tea, breakfast, lunch, evening tea and dinner.

*** The safari permits run out fast - Make sure you book the permits in advance.

Overall, our stay at Nature Heritage Resort was extremely comfortable. I would definitely go back to stay there. But next time I hope the place wouldn’t be as crowded.
