Good location to stay in, especially if you have work in this side of the city. Rooms are not very spacious but clean and well maintained. The staff is very polite and helpful, and will try their best to meet your demands.
We stayed 2 nights 13th &14th August 2011 to attend my nephew Nandan’s Engagement /Ring Ceremony at the hotel banquet, travelled with family members & relatives. Complimentary breakfast was so so. Overall, a good business hotel. Would definitely recommend it!

Stayed here four nights on business and slept very good each and every night. The staff may lack some customer service skills (i.e. English, etc.) but whatever shortcomings they may have in customer relations, the hotel makes up for it in cleanliness and comfort. Plus, you get a nice and free buffet breakfast in a decent restaurant, so you have to factor that into everything. If you're staying more than one or two days, ask for a reasonable discount and you're likely to get it. Take them up on their airport service, because the ride is too long to be messing around with those three-wheelers.

Was a guest of the hotel for 3 days for a conference arranged by one of our customers. Was pleasantly surprised with the experience overall!
1) Service: Front office team was extremely helpful. Room service team was polite, to the point, and punctual. I never had to call twice for anything.

2) Room: The room we stayed in was pretty small compared to some of the other hotels nearby, however the layout was such that it never really gave you that claustrophobic feeling. Furniture and fixtures were clean and appropriate, and the bathroom especially was very well kept.
3) Location: One of my favorite locations at Secunderabad (near Park lane), next to my favorite restaurant (Paradise)! Very close to the Secunderabad bus stand and station, but a pretty long drive to the airport (though everything is pretty far from the new airport).

4) Food: I really enjoyed the food served to us! All our meals were buffets, with not so much variety that you got full just tasting everything! The spread was always delicious, and I especially remember the pastas and the thai type curries!

5) Overall experience: Very professionally managed hotel! No complains, and I would love to be a guest sometime again!
