We stayed at this hotel for 2 week from 3rd. Jan 2012. The hotel itself was very nice with excellent staff. However, the hotel was inadequately heated and we were cold for the complete holiday. The open plan design may be fine for summer months but , in the winter, it appeared to be impossible to adequately heat. Anyone who ventured into the piano bar in the evening was able to borrow blankets against the cold if they wished.
In addition, the quality of the food was certainly not 5 star, 2 at best. The so called hot food was at best only luke warm even when delivered straight from the kitchen.
We have been on holiday in the Antalya area 9 times in jan/feb period - this one was a complete waste of money.

Let me tell you something. My first visit in September 2009 was good, but my second visit was even better.

The moment we arrived at the hotel the staff greeted us by our names and it was nice to see familiar faces!

The only negative comment from my first visit was the difficulty in booking a table at the A la Carte restaurants. However...you can now book your table well in advance and even online!!

The rooms are just a little dated but very clean and spacious.

The gardens are beautiful and very well maintained.

The evening entertainment is very well organised.

I met some wonderful people during my stay. Especially Dilber, who works at the Piano Bar.

If you're looking for a place where you feel like a king/queen and all your needs are taken care of...then the Renaissance Antalya Beach Restort is for you!!

We stayed here in Jan 2012. We could not find one single fault with any aspect of this hotel. The staff were exceptional at all times, and the place was spotlessly clean. Being January the weather was not too kind to us so we couldn't take advantage of all the facilities available in the garden or the watersports but there is certainly plenty of choice for when the weather is good. I don't need to write any more as all other reviews have said it all.

We stayed in the hotel for three days in late December in a Family Suite. All the staff were very good and multi-lingual. The suite was clean and comfortable but was starting to show its age just a little. As it was raining and cold, we didn't spend too much time outdoors but the gardens and pool areas looked nice. We were on a Ultra All Inclusive package. The food at the open buffet was good and plentiful but wasn't particulalry exciting. Seasons Restaurant was a little disappointing - dark and secluded. The service was fine but the food was average. The games room kept the children entertained and there were plenty of other activities despite it being the winter season. Karaoke night was good. Overall, it was a nice, well run, comfortable resort.
