“Close to Disney but ....”

We arrived just after 12.30 pm and reception was closed and did not re open till 3pm and then it was only open till 7 ish . During the closed period you could not enter the gated site, which when travelling from the UK bear that in mind. The property when we eventually got in was large but basic, with an overwhelming smell of damp. The properties are not well maintained and the ensuite shower was unbelievable.You had a shower then had to mop the floor as there was no screen/tray it was supposed to be a wet room but the water if not mopped would flood the bedroom. The swimming pool as advertised had been closed for sometime due to health issues and they were still awaiting permission to re open.
Choose somewhere else is my suggestion.
