Clement V, and particularly its charming owner and hostess Madame Fischer, is a real gem. We felt welcome, our room was spacious (rare in France) and warm. Madame Fischer speaks excellent English (and apparently German too) and helps with any issues travelers may have. For people looking to explore the Dordogne and its marvels, this is a wonderful place to serve as a base. Very quiet.
Highly recommended.

“Extraordinary chic at Belves village”

This is a real find, wiith architect designed and comfortable individual rooms in a fabulous old stone building that has been superbly restored. Wonderful village location but has a couple of gourmet restaurants of excellent value - one a short walk away. A quiet refuge well located for visiting sights around the Dordogne or just for a restful weekend. Owners are attentive and friendly. Visit here before the travel journalists find out about it!
