Stayed only 2 out of 7 booked nights. Wrong (?) booking took us into a shoebox. We complained and got better rooms the day after. Unfortunately, the only leisure area was the lobby and the swingdoor system made the place less comfortable die to the cold outside. We had the same for dinner both dinners and therefore decided that this was enough.
I booked the restaurant of the week at the lovely Dr. holms hotel in Geilo - which was perfect!
Skogstad decided to charge us for 60% of the overall bill for the week for the first two nights.
They claimed they can serve you less when you order over the internet - apparently as you cant see the product in advance!
This type of behaviour is quite unacceptable, let this be a warning againstbstaying at Skogstad Hotel.
