I stayed here over Xmas last year and it was the best hotel. The staff were friendly, my room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and clean bed lining. The hotel is near a local beach and the breakfast both cooked & buffet was wonderful by the sea & their wonderful pool.

I would recommend this hotel to families and lone travellers visiting Samui.

*phenomenal service
*ocean is right there so great!
*one word on location: you are slightly removed from the main activity on chawaeng beach, which is the 'fun' area. A blessing sometimes since the fireworks and music can go all night - but sometimes when you want to be with everyone on the beach durinnthe day, can be a 15-20 minute walk.
*wi fi is NOT free and not available everywhere... We managed to get by for the 4 days so not a big deal but for those that need to remain connected, it is a bit of an inconvenience.
*breakfast everyday was great!
*front desk was super helpful. They booked all our tours for us.

I have just had a first trip in Thailand. My cousin suggested me to stay in here, Samu Island Beach Resort. Of course, it has never let me down, best location, high room quality, clear seawater, brillant food and so on. I have nothing to say so much, but excellent. I would like to take this oportunity to suggest you not to look over this lovely-charmed hotel at Chaweng Beach.

I went to this hotel because someone recommended it. The staff is very friendly. The hotel is located right on the beach. Rooms are nice and clean. Bugalows, I sam the beautiful VIP rooms- wow! And good food make a perfect stay. I have travelled all over Thailand and Koh Samui is my fafourite place. It is not too crowded, I asked the staff, and help me a lot to organize it all. One of the best value in Thailand in my opinion.
