the views are great, the staff are very helpful and friendly, except to the English. Dont leave anything in your room you dont want the cleaners to have a good nosy through and the owner walks around like a camp commandant. NOT GOOD.

We arrived June 25 and stayed 4 hot nights. The room was fine, and we had a deluxe room with a balcony and view of the sea. The A/C did not work from the time we checked in. The clerk at the front desk assured us that there was a problem that was being attended to. We believed that within several hours A/C would be fixed. This was not the case. The temperature of the room stayed at 25 degrees C or near 78degrees F. After another day the desk clerk told us that the pump for the A/C is in the sea and when the tide is out it doesn't work. He said it will be working in a few hours when the tide comes in. What a bunch of crap. Our biggest mistake was staying there as long as we did. We initially thought they were being honest, but that turned out not to be true. Its too bad, because the location is great but it gets hot and humid and you need A/C.

Hotel has very good amenities including very big swimming pool, nice restaurant full of sun in the morning, lovely view of the sea and really cosy rooms. It is easy to get each point of interest: Agrigento and the Valley of the Temples, Turkish Stairs and many long sunny beaches around the area... BUT only if you have a car! Breakfast was rich, but for someone who is used to eat sandwiches and scrambled eggs for breakfast it could appear as poor. Generally I would say this hotel is worth to suggest.

The hotel is finely situated near the beach of San Leone and footsteps away from the seapromenade where several restaurants are located. It is only about 10 min by car to the entrance of the "Valley of the Temples" and therefore fitted for the visit. It is absolutely spotless with a beautiful sparkling and super -clean pool overlooking the sea.

The decor of the public spaces, i.e. reception, lobby and breakfast room is just awful lacking any taste, style of a lower ranked hotel, than it really is .The artificial flowers are adding to this notion.
