I am not being prejudice or anything like that, 10 of my friends went to this hotel and all had some of their possessions stolen at was accused of being staff that time. On our date of arrival we were confronted by people changing hotels becuase their possessions had been stolen and were accusing it of staff, around 4 days into our holiday some girls that we had met were changing to a different hotel because there stuff had been stolen and were also convinced it was staff due to the lack of force of entry. Around 7 or 8 days in we came back to our room to find it trashed, all of the suitcases had been broken into and around 300 euros, 3 phones and 2 ipods had all been stolen, we informed staff and they were very rude and ignorant in trying to deal with the problem. we had a small row with an employee who worked behind the desk, then went back to our room to clean it up. the next day we come back to our room to find it trashed once again and no evidence of forced entry, personally i dont think that all these thefts on a regular occurance are purely coincidence, peace out

I stayed at this hotel from the 19th to 26th September. Room 2012 at the front of the hotel was what was expected. Very clean, decent decor and no nasty surprises. The maids came in every day and the towels were changed daily.We were all inclusive and got what we paid for.The food was decent with a good choice including fresh fruit and a variety of vegetables. It was obvious that an effort is made to cater for all tastes and nationalities. The breakfast was very good. Full English if required and the chef would cook up a good omlette if you asked. The bar was well stocked.

We found the staff very helpful especially the woman who was at tables each morning and night.
The outside areas and pools were cleaned daily. The big pool was a bit rowdy with young people
obviously there for the night life but the small pool was peaceful and a nice place to chill out.

On the whole I enjoyed my stay there and heard no reports of thieving or anything else. Thankyou to the staff who made this an enjoyable stay.

I don't normally write bad reviews but I have no option, the place is a dump!!!!! On my 1st day there, there was heavy rain, the rception roof was like a waterfall , they had towels all over the floor.On our 2nd night my purse was stollen out of my suitcase, I met numerous people who had also been robbed, some even had their cases slashed open.I did not feel safe so demanded to be moved, they moved me to their sister hotel which was much better! The resort itself was fab, with plenty of bars and shops literally on doorstep.If you have booked club maritrim I would highly reccomend changing hotels but if not don't leave any valuables in the room, people i spoke to had even had their hair straightners & make up stolen.The safes are laughable, they got broken in to 3 times in the week I was there, so don't waste your money!!

The worst hotel ever - room was robbed and was definatly an inside job! staff are rude and unfriendly, would not recomend this hotel at all!
