After a 2 week stay at the Mirfa Hotel, the only good thing to say is that I won't be back. Firstly, the "golf" course is at best a chipping green with long grass and takes about 5 mins to complete. It is grossly misleading to advertise it as a "golf course". The pool was ok, especially in a 50c heat, but the slime growing on the pool walls is offputting as is the same for the showers in the rooms. Food for breakfast is ok, but the buffet depends on who's cooking. The staff took turns between acting as manager, chef, waiter etc al a "Fawlty Towers" and the "beach" is covered in litter, broken glass etc. The band did not play on weekends for some reason, prefering to play to an empty bar during the week. We kept to our room most of time with room service. Oh, and there was the night 2 men came into our room at 3am. Management weren't fussed really....
