This hotel is in an excellent position on the banks of the Rhone, overlooking Tournon and the vineyards of Tain l' Hermitage. It has recently been refurbished.
Our room had a balcony and overlooked the old bridge to Tournon. The room was well equipped and very clean with an enormous comfortable bed. I would say it was excellent value.
The hotel did not have a restaurant but there was a very good one across the street, called Le Quai, which I would recommend.
The town sits between the Rhone and the N7 which can be very busy although the street where the hotel is situated is very quiet.
This area is the epicentre of the blockbuster Cote du Rhone reds of Tain L'Hermitage and one of the worlds best chocolate, Valrhona.
