Personal service and traditional rooms with excellent meals. This gated hotel is completely safe and in a glorious sun trap. Long may it continue.

We have just returned from a 4 night stay at Villa Saint Victor. We absolutely loved the beautiful gardens, the delicious 5 course dinners, the nice pool, the extremely friendly staff and owners, the charming rooms, and so on and so on.
Parking is free, safe and secure within the walls of the property.
In our opinion, breakfast is sober and expensive at Euro 15/person. Especially when compared to the delicious 5 course dinner at Euro 35/person (excl. drinks).
The hotel is located about 6 km of the village of Uzes and near Pont du Gard, Avignon, Nimes, the Provence. We did some great biking in the Luberon area (Apt, Cavaillon,...).
Remember, it truly is a castle: so no elevators, no air conditioning, no TV, no radio, no hair dryer (bring your own),... However, nothing beats the singing of the cicadas, the smell of lavender in the rooms, the romantic dinners in the garden,...

Spent 4 blissful nights here as our base for exploring the surrounding area and attend a wedding. Accommodations are authentic and top notch (free wifi), the food was delicious, and the service provided by Geoffroy and the staff was superb. This place ranks among the top of all the places I have stayed (Starwood platinum member, four seasons, etc.). If you're looking for a quiet romantic place to relax and from which to enjoy the surrounding areas of Uzes, the Villa St. Victor is it. Be sure to say 'hi' to the villa's official greeter: 12 yr old yellow lab named Octavius!

Stayed for three nights in this elegant and friendly converted chateau. The rooms are beautiful with nice bathrooms, a shower would be a nice addition.
We had one dinner which was well presented and nicely served.
The breakfast taken outside was magical sitting on a lovely terrace accompanied by the owners labrador.
Would certainly return, and thoroughly reccomend.
