We spent one night in this 17th century chateau with my husband and our 7-year old daughter in mid-november. There are only 5 rooms all on the first floor, spacious, and well decorated, and you have the feeling you stay in your own chateau. We received a very warm welcome by the family who owns and runs it, and good advice for a dinner place in a village 20min away (only breakfast - really homemade - is offered in the chateau, but the fact that a dinner option is not available gives people a good opportunity to discover the area around). The next day, we had the opportunity to spend some time in the gardens, which are very well designed, and full of small surprises: the owners seem to have a very good taste for art, and we could discover some very interesting pieces while walking through the gardens.
There are just fields around, so it is very quite and relaxing, and the location is quite convenient (just a short drive to Mont St-Michel).
